Faith as David

Life has been really great lately. I guess it's a get older-and-mature thing. I honestly never saw what was in store for me. God really works miracles! And the most marvelous fact of it all, is that He had it all planned out.


Took a break from school work last weekend and headed to Sentosa! It was a win-win thing, 'cause I had to check out the place for our Good Friday event as well. It was absolutely fun, and of course, painful - sunburns!!


I guess I'm not gonna spend more time on the computer, I've got loads of POA to catch up on. But here's a little something I've written which best describes my life and how I feel at this point of time.


Flipping through these pictures,
memories flood my head,
not me not you neither,
lived through with what we said.

Somehow we had promised,
together a life in bliss,
but those vows never came true,
'cause you and I are so through.

But now that I see the light,
everything seems to be so right,
it was something that I didn't see,
that you were just not the one for me.

Now I've found a whole new,
something that wasn't due,
'till now when it's all right,
someone else to hold me tight.

He was someone I never saw,
someone who was there all along,
He knows every little thing,
when I'm happy or even hurting.

He knows my every thought,
He picks me up whenever I drop,
He's someone whom I can love,
He's the one that's way up above.

Now I know what love means,
it isn't what I've always been feeling,
Now I know this new love's true,
He does things you never did do.

He turned my life to a whole new point,
flipped my entire world around just like a coin,
He's always there every how and every where,
sorrowful memories of my past He will tear.

He is my everything and all,
and because of Him, now I stand tall.
